Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of each item is listed on its detail page.

• All weights are rounded up to the next full pound to comply with the policies of the shipping carriers we use.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, will typically ship out the same day unless otherwise stated.

• Items marked as "Drop ships from Manufacturer" may require one full business day for processing before shipping. For these items, please add one business day to the estimated delivery time.

• For expedited orders:

• Place the order before 3:00 PM in your respective time zone for same-day shipping.

• For standard ground orders:

• Place the order before 12:00 PM in your respective time zone for same-day shipping.

Shipping Services

• We utilize your selected shipping service unless an equivalent option is more suitable.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from K Engineering.

• Once the package is handed off to the delivery company, K Engineering is not accountable for any delays.

International Orders

• International shipments may require an additional time for processing and shipping.

• Customers are responsible for any taxes and tariffs imposed by their country.

• Free shipping is not available for international orders.

• Shipment times vary based on the destination.

• A shipping quote request option is available during checkout. A representative will contact you with specific shipping details if requested.

Free Shipping

• Orders over $150 may qualify for free shipping (with weight limitations).

• Free shipping is only available for shipments within the contiguous United States.

• Free shipping is NOT available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO/military bases, or international destinations.

Oversized Items

• Oversized items, such as heavy equipment or machines (weighing approximately 100 pounds or more), require a custom freight fee.

• Oversized items cannot be shipped via standard methods and will be shipped through a truckline carrier.

• If your order includes an oversized item, a custom freight fee will be charged. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Shipping Damage

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect packages for shipping damage upon delivery.
